What the timings mean
- Processing — we have your order and are preparing it. This takes 1–2 days.
- Shipped — your order is with the carrier. Transit takes a further 3–5 days.
- Completed — the carrier has recorded delivery.
We ship with FedEx, UPS, and DHL. Once your order has shipped, the carrier tracking number is the fastest way to follow it. Coverage is United States only.
If your order number is not recognised, or the status has not moved in longer than you expect, contact us with your order number and we will look into it.
