Payment Methods

Checkout on ashleenycolesalon.com is secure and encrypted. This page explains what we accept, when you are charged, and how your card details are handled.

Cards we accept

• Diners Club
• Discover
• JCB
• Maestro
• Mastercard
• Visa

We do not currently accept cheques, money orders, bank transfers, cash on delivery, or buy-now-pay-later services.

Currency

All prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD). If your card is issued outside the United States, your bank may apply its own conversion rate or a foreign transaction fee. Those charges come from your bank, not from us.

When you are charged

Your card is charged in full at the time you place your order. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment has been taken, we cancel it and refund you in full.

Total price

The price shown on the product page is the price you pay. Shipping is free on every order and no sales tax is added at checkout, so there are no additional charges at any stage.

How your card details are handled

Card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. Your card number is sent directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection.

We never see or store your full card number on this website. Our staff cannot retrieve it, and it is not held in our systems.

Checking out

You can check out as a guest or create an account. An account lets you see your order history and track orders more easily, but it is not required to buy.

If your payment is declined

Declines are issued by your bank, not by us, and we are not told the reason. Check the card number, expiry date, security code and billing address, and that the billing address matches your card exactly. If it still fails, contact your bank or try a different card.

Refunds

Refunds are always returned to the original payment method. See our Returns & Refunds policy for timings and conditions.
