These terms apply to your use of ashleenycolesalon.com and to any order you place with AshleeNycole Salon LLC. By using this site or placing an order, you accept them.

This store is operated by AshleeNycole Salon LLC, 217 N Main St, Jonesboro, GA 30236, United States.

Products and descriptions

We describe every product using the specifications supplied to us. Product photography is representative; colours can vary slightly between screens, and stated dimensions may vary marginally as is normal for fabric goods. If a product arrives materially different from its description, it is covered by our returns policy.

Prices and availability

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Availability is not guaranteed until your order is accepted. If we cannot fulfil an order after taking payment, we will cancel it and refund you in full.

We take reasonable care to price products correctly. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it, and we will tell you why.

Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send an order confirmation. We may decline an order, for example where a product is unavailable, where we cannot take payment, or where we suspect fraud.

Payment

We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, JCB, Maestro, Mastercard, and Visa. Payment is taken at the time of ordering. Card details are handled by our payment processor, not stored on this site.

Shipping

We ship within the United States only; international orders are not accepted. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum spend, and no sales tax is added at checkout. Orders are processed within 1–2 days and take a further 3–5 days in transit via FedEx, UPS, or DHL — roughly 4–7 days in total. These are estimates, not guarantees, and carrier delays are outside our control. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

Returns and refunds

You may return any item within 30 days of delivery, for any reason including a change of mind, provided it is unused and in its original packaging. There are no excluded categories and no restocking fee. We pay return postage for damaged, defective or incorrect items; you pay it for a change of mind. Refunds are issued within 7 business days of us receiving and inspecting the return, to the original payment method. Full details are on our Returns & Refunds page, which forms part of these terms.

Using the site

You agree not to use this site unlawfully, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its operation. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.

Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without your permission.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, and design on this site belong to AshleeNycole Salon LLC or to our suppliers, and may not be copied or reused commercially without permission. Product and brand names belong to their respective owners.

Product use and safety

Follow the usage and care instructions supplied with each product. Heated styling tools should be used as directed, including using the heat-protective gloves supplied with sets that include them. We are not responsible for damage or injury resulting from use contrary to the instructions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, and disputes are subject to the courts of that state.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order.
