1. Return Policy Overview
At AshleeNycole Salon LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If something isn’t right with your purchase, we want to make it easy to resolve. We offer a straightforward 30-day return policy with free return shipping, so you can shop with confidence knowing we stand behind everything we sell.

2. Return Window — 30 Days
You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return. We calculate this from the delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation or carrier tracking information.
Returns requested after the 30-day window may not be accepted. If you are unsure whether your return is within the eligible period, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
We strongly recommend initiating your return as early as possible and not waiting until the final days of the return window. This ensures you have ample time to ship your item back and allows us to process your refund promptly.

To begin the return process, you must contact our customer support team first. We do not accept unauthorized returns sent without prior approval.

Once we receive your request and confirm eligibility, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label and detailed return instructions by email. No return shipping cost will ever be passed on to you.
4. Return Process — Step by Step
Here is exactly how the return process works from start to finish:

2. We will review your request and, if approved, email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
3. Pack your item(s) securely in their original packaging (or suitable protective packaging) and attach the prepaid label.
4. Drop off your package at the designated carrier location specified on your prepaid label.
5. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you by email with the outcome of the inspection.
6. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
7. You will receive a refund confirmation email once the refund has been issued to your original payment method.
5. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return and refund, returned items must meet the following conditions at the time we receive them:
• The item must be unused and in its original, unaltered condition
• The item must not show any signs of use, application, or damage caused after delivery
• All original packaging, labels, seals, and accessories must be included where applicable
• The item must be returned in packaging that adequately protects it during transit
• The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
We inspect all returned items upon receipt. If a returned item does not meet the conditions listed above, we reserve the right to decline the return or issue only a partial refund, depending on the item’s condition. We will always communicate our decision to you clearly and promptly.
Please note: We understand that sometimes items need to be opened to inspect them. Opening packaging to check a product is not considered “use.” However, products that have been applied, mixed, dispensed, or used in any meaningful way will not qualify for return unless the item is defective.
6. Free Return Shipping & Return Address
We cover 100% of the return shipping cost. After your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return label at no charge to you. Simply print the label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.
Please do not ship your return without first receiving an approved prepaid label from us. Packages returned without prior authorization may not be accepted or may cause delays in processing your refund.

The return address will also be included on your prepaid shipping label. Please use only the label we provide to ensure your return is delivered to the correct location and your refund is processed without delay.
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive your returned item(s) and complete our quality inspection. We will not issue a refund before the returned product arrives at our facility.
Refund Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days from the date we complete the inspection.
Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For example, if you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to that same card. If you used PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, or another digital payment method, the refund will be returned to that account.
Processing Time on Your End
After we issue your refund, the time it takes to appear on your statement depends on your bank or payment provider. Credit and debit card refunds typically take 3–5 additional business days to appear, though some banks may take up to 10 business days. Please contact your bank if you do not see your refund after this period.
Shipping Costs
Because we offer free shipping on all orders, there are no original shipping charges to refund. The cost of return shipping is also fully covered by us via prepaid label, so you will not pay anything to return an eligible item.

8. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations relevant to the hair care and beauty industry, the following items are not eligible for return:
• Opened or partially used hair care products, treatments, shampoos, conditioners, or styling products where hygiene is a concern
• Products that have been applied to hair, scalp, or skin
• Custom-blended or personalized hair care formulations created specifically for you
• Final sale or clearance items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
• Digital products, downloadable content, or gift cards
• Items returned outside the 30-day return window without prior written authorization from us
