1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. We do not ship to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations at this time.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is completely FREE on every order we ship. There are no minimum purchase requirements, no hidden fees, and no conditions to qualify for free shipping. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — shipping included.
This applies to all products available in our online store, including hair care products, salon tools, accessories, and any other items we carry.
3. Order Processing Time
Once your order is placed and payment is successfully confirmed, we begin preparing your order for shipment. Please allow 1–2 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and handed off to our shipping carrier.
A few important things to keep in mind:
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may not begin processing until the following business day.
• Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
• Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federally observed U.S. holidays.
• Processing time does not include transit time. Your total estimated delivery window begins from the date your order is placed.
Some products, such as custom hair care blends or specialty items, may require additional preparation time. If your order requires extended processing, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
4. Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and dispatched, please allow 2–5 business days for your package to arrive, depending on your location within the United States.

All delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary based on your specific location, the carrier’s current volume, and any unforeseen circumstances outside of our control.
Deliveries are made on business days only. Weekend and holiday deliveries depend on your carrier’s policies and may not always be available.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.
We ship via [CARRIER NAME – e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx, or a combination depending on your location and order]. Tracking updates are provided directly by the carrier and are updated as your package moves through the delivery network.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If you still cannot locate it, contact us at contact@ashleenycolesalon.com, and we will provide your tracking information directly.
6. Delays & Exceptions
We do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause delays, including:
• Severe weather conditions or natural events affecting carrier operations
• High shipping volumes during peak seasons, including Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and the holiday shopping period (November–January)
• Carrier operational disruptions or staffing shortages
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout
• Customs or regulatory holds (not applicable for domestic U.S. orders, but noted for completeness)
During peak seasons and major sale events, we recommend placing your order as early as possible to allow for additional processing and transit time.
We will do our best to communicate any known delays that may affect your order. If your package appears significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please do not hesitate to contact us, and we will investigate on your behalf.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
• Check around your delivery location, including your porch, mailbox, building lobby, or with neighbors.
• Allow one additional business day, as carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered slightly before actual delivery.
• Contact your local post office or carrier delivery center to report the issue.
• If the package still cannot be located, contact us at contact@ashleenycolesalon.com, and we will open an investigation with the carrier on your behalf.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please do the following as soon as possible:
• Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and the affected product(s) before discarding anything.
• Contact us at contact@ashleenycolesalon.com within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
• We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Please note that we are not responsible for packages lost or damaged due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout. Please review your shipping details carefully before completing your order.
