Shipping Area

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only, including all 50 states. At this time, we do not offer international shipping or delivery to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. Boxes.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is completely FREE on all orders — no minimum purchase required and no hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. We believe great hair care products and salon goods should reach you without extra cost.

 

Order Processing Time

Once your payment has been successfully confirmed, your order will be prepared for shipment within 1–2 business days. Processing includes quality checking, careful packaging, and handoff to our shipping carrier.

 

Please note the following:

       Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be processed on the following business day.

       Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

       Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal public holidays.

 

For hair care products such as styling tools, treatments, and salon accessories, we take extra care with packaging to ensure items arrive in perfect condition. Fragile or specialty items may occasionally require additional handling time, in which case we will notify you by email.

 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched.

All delivery timeframes are estimates based on standard carrier performance. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, and other factors outside our control. We do not guarantee specific delivery dates.

Delays & Exceptions

While we do everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible, some delays are outside of our control. Please be aware of the following:

       Carrier Delays: Shipping carriers may experience delays due to high volume, staffing issues, or logistical challenges. These delays are beyond our control once a package has been handed off.

       Weather & Natural Events: Severe weather, natural disasters, or other force majeure events may affect delivery times in certain regions.

       Peak Seasons: During busy periods such as Black Friday, Christmas, New Year, and other major holidays or promotional events, processing and transit times may be slightly longer than usual. We recommend ordering early during these periods.

       Address Errors: Delays may occur if an incorrect or incomplete shipping address is provided. Please double-check your address at checkout. AshleeNycole Salon LLC is not responsible for delays resulting from address errors made by the customer.

 

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow an additional 1–2 business days before contacting us, as carrier tracking sometimes lags behind actual delivery.

 

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you have not received it, please:

       Check around your delivery address, including with neighbors or building management.

       Allow 24–48 hours, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly early.

       Contact your local post office or carrier facility with your tracking number.

       If the issue remains unresolved, contact us at contact@ashleenycolesalon.com and we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the situation.

 

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please:

       Take clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the product(s) inside before discarding anything.

       Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@ashleenycolesalon.com with your order number and photos.

       We will review your case and work to offer a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, at our discretion.

 

For salon products such as glass bottles, aerosol cans, or delicate styling tools, we use appropriate protective packaging. However, if a product arrives damaged due to transit handling, we will always do our best to make it right.
